RETURNS POLICY

Within the ACCC Consumer guarantee guidelines, we are happy to offer a store credit on items that are returned to us provided we are notified within 30 days of receipt, the item is returned within 7 days of contacting us, and it is unused and unopened. See FAQ's below for more detail.

    FAQ's

    What happens if my product is damaged or incorrect?

    If your item is damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@trelune.com.au with a detailed description, and any photos you can provide as soon as possible. For any items that arrive broken or faulty we will provide a credit or replacement if we are notified within 21 days of receipt. Please do not dispose of the item until we have had the chance to chat with you.

    What happens if I am unhappy with the product or I change my mind? 

    We want you to be happy with your purchase, so should you wish to return an item that you’ve purchased, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. You will need to ship us back the item within 30 days of receiving your product and within 7 days of contacting us, and you will be issued a credit once we have received the items and inspected them. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was bought, and must not be used, opened or damaged on the way back to us. 

    Please note that Tre Lune are not responsible for any return shipping costs. We also advise returning your order with tracking as we can't be responsible for items that go missing before they reach us.
