We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to assist where possible.
For one-time purchases, orders may be updated or cancelled if requested before they have been processed. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
For subscriptions or recurring orders, you can modify, skip, or cancel at any time through your account portal. To ensure changes apply to your next order, please make any updates at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled processing date.
