STANDARD AUS POST

Flat rate of $12.

FREE on all orders above $150.

EXPRESS AUS POST

Optional add on at check out $18.

INTERNATIONAL

Flat rate of $34 for standard shipping.

INTERNATIONAL (UAE+)

Flat rate of $45 for standard shipping.

Orders will be dispatched 1-2 working days from order. You will be notified of this and receive tracking details for your package.

FAQ's

What if my item arrived broken or faulty?

For items that arrive broken or damaged, take an immediate photograph of how they arrived and email hello@trelune.com.au and we will guide you through the returns process.  For any items that arrive broken or faulty we will provide a credit or replacement if we are notified within 21 days of receipt. Please do not dispose of the item until we have had the chance to chat with you.

What if I was sent the wrong item?

If for any reason you have been sent the wrong item, take an immediate photograph of your order as it arrived and email it to hello@trelune.com.au and we will guide you through the returns process.  Email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
