Wild yam has been traditionally used in herbal practices for overall well-being. The cream is crafted with natural ingredients, including Diosgenin, a plant-derived compound. It is designed for topical use and is absorbed through the skin, providing a gentle addition to your self-care routine.
Our Wild Yam Cream also includes Chaste Tree and Dong Quai, two herbs that have been traditionally used in herbal medicine, combined in a luxurious blend of oils to nourish and moisturize the skin.
Suggested Use Guidelines:
· Identify the first day of your menstrual cycle as "Day 1."
· From Day 8, apply two pumps of cream, morning and night, alternating between areas such as the neck, décolletage, inner upper arms, belly, and inside of thighs.
· Continue use for three weeks, followed by a one-week break, aligning with your period.
For Irregular Cycles or Perimenopause:
· If unsure of your cycle, begin application as "Day 8" and use the cream morning and night for 21 days.
· Take a 7-day break and restart the cycle.
· Adjust usage as needed to align with your unique cycle or patterns.
For Menopause and Post-Menopause:
· Create a 28-day cycle to track your application.
· Begin on "Day 8" and apply the cream morning and night for 21 days, followed by a 7-day break.
· For occasional use, apply one pump of cream to soft areas of the skin to support general comfort.
For Teens:
· Use according to the general guidelines if cycles are regular. For irregular cycles, follow the perimenopause usage instructions.
For Men:
· Men can use Wild Yam Cream as part of their daily wellness routine. Apply a small amount morning and night to areas such as the neck, chest, inner upper arms, belly, or thighs. Regular use does not require breaks or cycling.

To make Wild Yam more effective, the Laws of Health are indispensable:
